Several lives, one thread.
Lianeth Rada is a Colombian author, speaker, and coach — an electronics engineer now studying an MSc in Psychology, working at the intersection of systems thinking and human transformation.

Lianeth trained as an electronics engineer in Colombia and spent more than a decade in software, reaching leadership roles in tech. The career worked on paper. Something quieter, underneath it, kept asking for more.
Years of therapy, coaching, and personal work pulled her attention toward what actually shapes a life: identity, behaviour, self-doubt, the slow architecture of change. Writing became part of that process. Her first book emerged from it — a way to think clearly about what she was living.
The same pull eventually moved her from Colombia to the UK to study an MSc in Psychology — not to replace the engineer, but to bring both halves of her thinking into the same room.

Several identities, finally in conversation.
Engineer. Writer. Speaker. Systems thinker. Her work sits where those worlds meet — psychology and storytelling, structure and emotion, the science of change and the human experience of living it.
She writes, speaks, and coaches for people in transition: rebuilding identity, moving through uncertainty, outgrowing an old version of themselves. The focus is less on motivation and more on the steady, honest work of becoming.
